Week of July 16, 2006

7-10-06 — First day of swimming lessons! I'm excited!	Watching the other kids
But I want to play with the toys some more!	Lesson over but I don't want to get out of the pool.
Yay water!	Sleepin but holding froggy's hand
7-11-06 — Parading around the house in nothing but ...	... my silly ears, of course.
7-14-06 — Crashed out on the way to the coast	We fed the seagulls some scraps.
7-15-06 — We went on the dolphin cruise.	We saw tons and tons of dolphins!
They weren't very playful, though.	It was still neat!
We saw lots of pelicans too.	They're weird looking birds with huge bills.
There was a cool lighthouse.	There's a tree growing out of that house!
I loooved the waves, even if they knocked me down.	I helped Mama cover her legs in sand.
We walked down that path to the beach Sunday.	7-16-06 — We wrote my name in the sand!
I wrote some stuff too.	This beach stuff is really cool.
And we made a sandman!	I decided this was a sand cake.
